A short 40-second video edited in reverse. It shows me doing backward somersaults until I end up sitting still in a chair. The video reflects on endings in a literal and symbolic sense. It marks the end of the action, the end of the clip, and a personal moment of transition. Once seated, no further action happens. A reminder to stay present-even in its speed. Especially in its speed.
